Love the app, it actually connects people and go on real dates, good or bad right? Unlike other saying apps, whim actually sets you up for real date, the problem with other app is that you have this long texting back and forth but without actually meeting each other, wasting a lot of time. Whim takes this out of the equation.

Live in NYC with not much preference other than 6 mile distance. After the first week, it no longer presents me people. Of all the dating apps out there, this is one of the worst for me. The user base is too small

Ive been in this online dating game for a while and was so incredibly tired of all the back-and-forth thats required before you even get to meet a person. I was just saying to a friend that I wished there was an app that fast-forwarded to "the good parts" and she told me about WHIM. At last! Its everything I usually look for in a dating app - good people, nice interface - and its FAST. I dont have all day, after all! Five stars. Have already gone on three promising dates. One might even be a keeper. Cue the confetti.

Genius developers didnt even check if their app crashes while just in registration process everytime.

Love this app. I was so sick of simply getting messages from guys who would never end up taking me on a date. This app will set you and a partner up, allow you two to figure out if the chemistry is there or not.. And then go from there. This world needs more real life dates!

Good idea & concept. I have iOS 8.4.1 and after enabling locations services while using the app, it still detects that I have not enabled it. So the app is not working. There is a bug obviously with it. I would love to give this app a try!

I havent even seen what this app is or look like since it hasnt opened for me at all... Crashes when I try to open it!

This app makes big promises and comes nowhere close to delivering. It took me trying to install it twice before I could even get it to my phone. Then once there it repeatedly crashed every time I tried to open it. After I tried a few times I ended up uninstalling it seconds before I had downloaded. Needs huge fixed!

I joined Whim to take advantage of the free lifetime membership, and have been using it for a week now. Ive yet to connect with anyone for a date. Ive connected with cute guys on all of my other dating apps, and chat and do phone calls to get to the dating stage (this list includes Tinder, Hinge, Okc, Happn, etc). If I had zero matches on those, Id be fine getting zero matches here...but thats definitely not the case. While the idea of taking a whim and meeting a stranger without the incessant chatting seems nice, it seems like there arent enough people on it to make matches happen. Ill keep trying Whim, but this ranks at the bottom of the list of dating apps where you actually meet people. No bueno.
